How do I report a hacker or rule breaker?

Join our official Discord server and open a player report ticket with unedited video evidence or screenshots.

I purchased an item on the Store and haven't received it yet

Store deliveries usually take between 1 to 5 minutes. If your inventory is full, clear some space. If more than 15 minutes have passed, please open a Billing ticket with your transaction ID.

What are the server rules?

Cheating, auto-clicking, x-ray mods, and harassment are strictly prohibited. Refer to our discord #rules channel for full guidelines.
